3 , the main technical characteristics of SG-60-2S single-head simplex pipe shrinking machine
1. Mechanical part
1) The frame material is steel casting (steel casting material: ZG200-400). ;
2) The clamping mold is made of CrMo material, and the heat treatment is quenched by high-frequency quenching, the quenching hardness is HRC50±5, the depth is 2±0.5mm.
3) The bed is welded with thick steel plate, and the strength meets the working requirements;
4) Assembly clearance in line with relevant national standards.
2. Hydraulic system
The cylinder seal ring is imported (Japan NOK), and the solenoid valve is imported (Taiwan Qiyang).
3, electrical system
1) All electrical components are imported.
2) Install safety light curtain.
3) Liquid crystal display interface, simple control, can realize programming; Dynamic display of work steps. Convenient for workers to operate.
4) The system should have overvoltage, overload, overcurrent, lack of equal protection functions. It also has manual emergency stop, foot emergency stop and other safety protection measures to ensure safe production.
4. Performance requirements
The machine adopts the cold shrinkage method, that is, the pipe fittings are first clamped by the clamping mold, and the cylinder pushes the pipe shrinking mold. In the process of pipe shrinking, the pipe fittings are cold-extruded forward, and the pipe fittings are cold-extruded at one time under the action of the mold.
5. Action program;
Machine reset state → limit entry → loading → clamping → limit retreat → pipe shrinkage → clip → pipe discharge → reset
